• The project consists of the construction of a PSLV in a strategic location located in the city center. For several years, the City of Bastia has engaged in an active and thoughtful policy regarding parking, an essential pillar of its mobility strategy. This overall plan is based on two key principles: - Proximity: guaranteeing residents easy access to parking in their neighborhood; - Anticipation: building sustainable solutions adapted to a rapidly changing territory. In this context, the municipality de Bastia wishes to reclassify a wasteland located in the heart of the Saint-François district, in the city center. This land footprint, strategically positioned, offers a unique opportunity for urban development. This operation provides for the demolition annexes to the former convent as well as the villa currently being acquired by the city located on plot AN617, the creation of a parking lot with around 400 spaces and the landscaping of the surrounding areas.
