method of selection for the restricted competition based on a sketch subject to the provisions of articles L 2125-1, L 2172-1, R 2162-15 to R 2162-26 of the public procurement code. A contract will then be awarded in accordance with article R 2122-6 of the public procurement code, without advertising or competitive bidding. preliminary discussions with the winner(s) of the competition. Mandatory skills: VRD/Landscape architecture (this skill can be provided by the agent or a co-contractor/subcontractor) Civil engineering, structures (concrete, metal or wood) Fluids/Thermal/HVAC Electricity/SSI Acoustician/Economy of construction. The avenues and deadlines for appeal open to candidates are as follows:
- pre-contractual referral (art. L.551-1 et seq. of the Code of Administrative Justice / CJA), which can be exercised before signing the contract;
