Description:
The purpose of this contract is to provide project management assistance for the rehabilitation of the CMA site in Versailles. The Ile-de-France Chamber of Trades and Crafts is launching the restructuring of its CMA Formation Versailles site in order to meet: - Current regulatory standards (accessibility Ad'AP, energy, HACCP/sanitary hygiene, equipment safety, etc.) in accordance with the expectations of the safety commission and Qualiopi certification, -The current and future needs of the various training courses provided there, -The modern and unifying image of the new Centers. The rehabilitation missions of the training part are explained in more detail in Appendix 1 Training Note. The AMO's mission will be: •The cost, feasibility and programming study of the project, •Assistance in the designation of the project management (MOE) •Assistance in monitoring the studies designs, administrative, legal and financial monitoring of the operation, • Technical and financial monitoring of the work. •Assistance in reception operations •Environmental study.
