Description:
Project management assistance mission relating to the renewal of the heating operating market for colleges in the Somme department. The contract is not subject to allotment for the following reason: Execution of services technically more difficult. It is not planned to decomposition into slices. The services are the subject of 3 successive phases defined as follows: - Phase NO 1: Inventory, technical visits for diagnostics and technical recommendations - Phase NO 2: Drafting of market documents. - Phase NO 3: Monitoring of operating markets for first heating season 2027/2028 and the second heating season 2028/2029 from September 1, 2027 to August 31, 2028 then from September 1, 2028 to August 31, 2029. This contract is enforceable from its notification. It ends on the effective date of the acceptance decision taken by the Department in application of article 29 of the CCAG/PI noting that the service provider has fulfilled all its obligations. The overall period for execution of services is 30 months. Variations are not permitted. Variants are not required
