Description:
Haute-Alsace habitats programmed the rehabilitation of several buildings spread over the municipalities of Huningue, Altkirch, Illzach and Kingersheim representing 382 housing units. The operation, carried out in a site occupied and distributed on several sites (multi-site), requires structured and Adapted, both in terms of planning and coordinating interventions and managing the tenant relationship. The mission entrusted to the AMO relates to all the phases of the operation, from the preliminary studies (diagnostics, technical and financial scenarios) until the follow -up of The realization of the work, including operational assembly (planning, helping the choice of the project management group, mobilization of aid, etc.). The AMO will also accompany contracting authority to the control of achieved performance (energy, technical, regulatory) In the reception and post-reception phase, and will ensure support during the perfect completion warranty period (GPA) in order to guarantee the lifting of the reserves, the compliance of the contractual commitments, and the proper functioning of the equipment
