PROJECT MANAGEMENT ASSISTANCE MISSION FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION AND MONITORING OF AN OVERALL PERFORMANCE MARKET - IMPROVEMENT OF SUMMER COMFORT AND COMPLIANCE WITH TERTIARY DECREE 2050 - SOLIDARITES DU VAL-DE-MARNE BUILDING
The Department of Val de Marne wishes to launch a Global Marketof Performance (of the Design-Building-Operation-Maintenance type) to rehabilitate the Solidarites building located in Creteil.
To do this, the project owner wishes to be supported by a Project Management Assistant (AMO).
AMO's mission, described in the technical clausesparticular, aims to assist the Department of Val de Marne on legal, financial, technical, energy and architectural aspects in order to ensure the proper execution of the Global Performance market.
It covers the following fields:
- Functional expertise and architectural, tecconstructive engineering and equipment (particularly on energy and environmental aspects);
- Contractual, legal, administrative and financial assistance
The expected level of performance is the improvement of summer comfort, the tertiary decree 2050.
