Project management assistance mission for the TCSP Public Transport project on its own site BAOBAB BHLS (High Level of Service Bus) type in the municipalities of Saint-Denis, Sainte-Marie and Sainte-Suzanne - Lot n4: project management assistance mission on the land component.
CINOR acts as contracting entity, in application of articles L.1212-1, 1 and L 1212-3, 4 of the Code of public procurement. The market is made up of 4 lots:
- Lot n1: project management assistance mission for the management of studies and works;
- Lot n2: project management assistance mission for communication and consultation;
- Lot n3: project management assistance mission for the financial arrangement;
- Lot n4: project management assistance mission on the land aspect.
This consultation only concerns lot no. 4.
Advertising and competitive bidding for lots no. 1, 2 and 3 have already been carried out.
The market is a single-awarder framework agreement at a price flat rate and unit prices. The services will be carried out according to:
• A fixed price part giving rise to the issuance of an OS as mentioned in the CCTP and whose prices are defined by the DPGF;
• A unit price portion giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders as mentioned at the CCTP. The services concerned will be paid for by applying the unit prices appearing in the BPU to the quantities actually executed.
