- The purpose of this contract is to entrust the holder with a project management assistance mission for the award of a public service delegation contract for the distribution of heat by geothermal energy for the town of Montrouge, in order to help the city on a technical and administrative levelif, legal and financial. The contract will not exceed the ceiling of 220,000 euros excluding tax, which is only an internal procedural threshold assessed for all tranches combined and partly at unit prices. The project management assistance mission (AMO) is broken down into a firm tranche and an optional tranche.it in accordance with articles R2372-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code: CLOSED SECTION: Studies and preliminary procedures, consultation OPTIONAL SECTION No. 1: Monitoring of the work and execution of the contract o Monitoring and control of the work phases and marketing; oMonitoring and controle of the operation phase with technical, financial and administrative assistance.
