- Assistance to contracting authorities for elevators and associated services including the advice, improvement and programming of modernization and replacement works as well as operating monitoring throughout the real estate heritage of SEMCODA.
The framework agreement will be executed according to a DPGF for the missions of Part 1 and by the issue of purchase orders for the missions of Part 2, under the conditions of the specifications.
The services are paid by unit and lump sum prices.
The estimated value concerns the maximum amount of part 2 (missions on good control) and include all of the renewal periods
