Description:
The AMO, the subject of this consultation, will be responsible for bringing out a global long -term strategy, to coordinate a programming of arrangements promoting tourist traffic at the sites and in a logic of attractiveness of private project leaders. This is to capitalize on The previous studies and improvements carried out (including those of the partners and actors of the lake) in order to move towards a balanced offer in order to make this natural setting, a flagship destination of the Slow Tourisme. The planned approach aims to project itself by 2040 by integrating from the Phase of reflection sourcing with the private sphere, in order to promote collective intelligence for the emergence of innovative solutions. This approach will be based on a rigorous and participative approach, including: • an in -depth territorial diagnosis, to analyze the advantages, the challenges And the opportunities of the territory around the lake, taking into account the economic, environmental, social and tourist dimensions. • Extended consultation, involving all public and private actors, in order to collect their contributions and stimulate collective creativity. • The definition of an ambitious strategy by 2040, aimed at positioning the territory sustainably as an innovative, attractive and resilient destination. • Analysis of design prerequisites allowing the operationality of the strategy; • the development of a plan of communication...
