• Lot 1 Project Management Assistance - Construction economist service for the creation of HTB stations in buildings As part of the construction operation of industrial buildings (modular indoor electrical substations and substations electrical under metal enclosure), the construction economist intervenes in support of the Project Owner as Project Management Assistant (AMO) for the technical-economic analysis of the project. Its mission consists in particular of: - analyze and evaluate the relevance of the structure/cost ratios, proposed by the architect, in relation to the needs expressed in the specifications (earthworks, foundations, structural work, secondary work, etc.), with regard to the objectives of the Project Owner; - formulate opinions arguments and recommendations aimed at optimizing construction costs, while guaranteeing compliance with technical constraints linked to the installed equipment (electrical equipment, technical premises, access, security, etc.); - integrate the environmental and contextual constraints of the site (limited land footprint, natural risks, landscape integration, regulatory and urban constraints, neighborhood, etc.) in its economic analyses; • propose, if necessary, variations technical or constructive allowing better overall economic optimization of the operation, without degrading the expected performance and service levels.
