- Description:
- The purpose of the intellectual services contract is to ensure project management assistance and monitoring of the two Protection Plans for the La Roseraie and Les Pleiades co-ownerships. The service will be carried out in the form of a mixed public contract, with a fixed part and a purchase order part. Each batch consists of a firm slice and an optional slice. The optional tranche will be strengthened within a maximum period of five years after notification of the contract. It will last two years. Applicants must make a visit of the places of execution of the contract before the submission of their offer. They must register in accordance with the terms defined in article 2.8 of the consultation regulations.
Implementation of the Safeguard Plan for the La Roseraie co-ownership
the technical specifications are described in the Specifications Special Techniques. The maximum order amount is set at
€500,000 excluding tax for the duration of the firm tranche and €200,000 excluding tax for the duration of the optional tranche
Implementation of the Protection Plan for the Pleiades co-ownership
the technical specifications are described in the Specifications Special Technical Clauses. The maximum order amount is set at €250,000 excluding VAT for the duration of the firm tranche and at €100,000 excluding VAT for the duration of the optional tranche.
