- The purpose of this contract is to select a Project Management Assistant (AMO) responsible for supporting the Reunion Region in the renovation of the 2 MW hydroelectric power station located on the Bras des Lianes site.
Assistance to Project Management (AMO) expert in hydroelectricity for the pre-construction and construction of the Bras des Lianes hydroelectric power station
The purpose of this contract is to select a Project Management Assistant (AMO) responsible for supporting the Reunion Region in the renovation of the 2 MW hydroelectric power station located on the Bras des site. Lianas.
Thus, the AMO will intervene in the following areas:
•Land permitting
•Environmental permitting
•Environmental Monitoring (in particular profiles to be justified: environment and aquatic biodiversity: general environmentalists for PAC or Curage files, specialists in permitting, aquatic environment specialists capable of intervening in situ)
•Implementation and animation of project mode
•Establishment of financing plans
•Design, monitoring of completion of hydroelectric works or any project of similar complexity
• Procurement, implementation and monitoring (technical and budgetary) of public procurement
•Contractualization and negotiation for the sale of water and electricity.
