Description:
In a global HR and managerial performance approach, the establishment of a more intuitive and evolutionary HRIS appears essential. The interview project should make it possible to optimize the management of various annual interviews to gain performance and simplify the lives of managers, employees and HR.
This project is directly a member of the Competences project which incorporates the perimeters of vocational training and management of SKILLS. The main expectations of the Competences project being to improve the construction and management of the skills development plan, of Define the learning experience of tomorrow, and to help rethink employee/manager dialogue.
The interview project aims to:
• Cover and strengthen synergies between different HR processes in order to design a tool so efficient and optimized, fully meeting our needs And intended to replace the current interview management tool, called propelled to the horizon at the end of 2026.
• Improve the user experience (managers, employees and HR teams) thanks to a new SIRH, integrated as part of the DRH processing and performance project.
This tool should be In SaaS and interface with the tool if compensation.
Lot 1 - Supply of SAAS software and associated services
The holder must offer the integration of a SaaS solution and to do the MCO.
