This set includes two buildings abandoned for many years, benefiting from a strategic location: in the city center, along the artery main, and in the immediate vicinity of the station as well as shops. The project extends over several plots, delimited by rue des Ledees Logis and Avenue Louis Coudant. Its objective is to rehabilitate two buildings in order to give them a new vocation, thus meeting the needs of the living area, while actively contributing to the revitalization of the city center.
