• the Avignon Urban Community wishes to study the extension of the operating PC of the operator of its urban public transport network (ORIZO) towards a "Service Center" which will be able in particular to accommodate a common traffic PC (Grand Avignon/City of Avignon/Orizo/etc.), a hypervisor for centralizing data (traffic, air quality, energy, water table height, smart-city, etc.), a disseminator of information (customers/users, dynamic panels, flood or pollution alerts, etc.) and a crisis management system (PiCS) in order to best ensure the continuity of services provided to citizens. To this end, it entrusted SPL TECELYS with a Project Management Assistance mission for the extension of the PC of the operator of its network. urban public transport and the foreshadowing of a collaborative and secure service center. In this context, SPL TECELYS wishes to associate the services of experts in order to support and advise it in carrying out its mission. The phase programming study will make it possible to specify and clarify in particular: the expected needs, the organization to be implemented, the cost and the final schedule of the operation.
