The purpose of the Consultation is to accompany the products which come under the 'State Startups' system. This support is part of a "Lean Startup" approach within a State or similar Startup intrapreneurship program: - Listening to end users and not intermediarieses, - Sustainable Strategy for Solving One or More Past or Present Problems Identified, Qualified and Quantified, - Real Agile Implementation Guaranteeing the Autonomy and Responsibility of the Formed Product Teams, - Continuous Measurement of the Impact of Products And Improvement Contineu. The Contract Is A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders With No Minimum And With A Maximum Of 4,500,000 Euro(S) excl. Tax Per Year. It Is Concluded With A Single Awardee.
