The city of Sevran is attentive to social responsibility and implements a proactive approach for sustainable development, whether at the environmental, economic and social level. It actively participates in the fight against exclusions, in particular by contributing to access to employmentPeople who are most distant from it. It decides to have recourse to an adapted procedure of articles R2123-1 3 -Social services and other specific services and R2123-7 of the public procurement code, and to a reserved procedure of article L2113-13.
The object of this framework agreement isA service of social and professional integration intended to support the activities of the painting of residents of the territory permanently excluded from the labor market or encountering difficulties of access or maintenance in employment.
The benefit has the purpose of:
