Description:
1/ The purpose of this contract is to provide professional liability insurance and operating liability insurance services for SPL Grand Est Mobilites, and SPL Grand Est Infrastructure, and for the future GIE created by these two entities. The amount of the guarantee is 10 million euros. In addition, the contract covers the financial consequences of claims that third parties may be entitled to present directly to the concessionaire and/or to the Licensing Authority for damage caused in particular by parties, including the Railway Operator, but also by their subcontractors, suppliers and other service providers, for facts for which the participants are contractually responsible in application of their contracts signed with reference to the Concession Contract. 2/ The contract is awarded to a group of orders whose members are the SPL Grand Est Mobilites and the SPL Grand Est Infrastructures.
