- This market is a multi-attribute framework agreement with orders for the purpose of production and operating audits for Arte France and Arte Geie.
It is specified that the framework agreement will be concluded, for each figure (in letters) 2 (two) lots, without minimum and with the amountMaximum indicated below:
- Lot n 1 production and operating audits for Arte France: maximum amount of 350,000 euros excl. Tax over the duration of the framework agreement (4 years maximum)
- Lot n 2 production audits for arte geie (in France or in Germany): maximum amount of 70,000 euros HT onThe duration of the framework agreement (4 years maximum)
It is also specified that these maximum amounts do not constitute an indication of the budget of Arte France and its subsidiaries but the maximum ceiling that the framework agreement corresponding to each of the 2 (two) lots will not be able to exceed over the durationMaximum of the market.
It will be retained:
- 2 to 3 attributearies for lot n 1;
- 1 to 2 attributes for lot n 2.
