• A consultation bearing the number 2525 for the purpose of the supply and delivery of health consumables and hygiene products for the group of orders made up of the municipality of Bezons (95870) and its Municipal Social Action Center (C.C.A.S) was launched on November 2, 2025. This consultation was broken down into seven (7) distinct lots, in accordance with the provisions of article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code. Lot No. 4 entitled: Dental prostheses, has been declared unsuccessful, the offer submitted within the prescribed deadlines having been judged irregular within the meaning of article L2152-2 of the Public Procurement Code. This consultation concerns the relaunch of this market. The purpose of this public contract is to carry out and the supply of dental prostheses for the town of Bezons (95870). In accordance with the provisions of article L.2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the services are divided into two (2) distinct lots, which will each constitute a public contract in own, namely: - lot no. 1 “Joint dental prostheses”; - lot no. 2 “Assistant dental prostheses”. This consultation was carried out on the basis of a formalized procedure, of the open tender type, in accordance with the provisions of the articles L.2124-1, R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code.
