This private financial rating approach is part of the preparation of loan operations, and constitutes a preparatory step for obtaining a financial rating intended to inform potential investors on the financial solidity of the SGPSO and its level ofSolvency. The targeted objectives are: -But a vision of how the credit quality of the SGPSO is understood, taking into account the parameters of the project it supports, its status, its governance, its financial model, in comparative perspective with other public counterpartiespresenting a mission and neighboring characteristics; -de power, if necessary, assess the impact of one or more modifications made to the financial model of the SGPSO, in order to obtain the most optimized financing conditions possible. The mission, constituting the firm trancheof the market, entrusted to the selected rating agency will therefore consist of rating the SGPSO, punctual and private rating. The objective of this mission is to provide a complete and independent evaluation of the solvency of the noted entity, the SGPSO, taking into account the criteriaFinancial, strategic, sectoral and macroeconomic.
