The targeted objectives are: -DOBT A Vision of how the quality of credit of the SGPSO is understood, taking into account the parameters of the project, Status, of its governance, of its financial model, in a comparative perspective with other public counterparts presenting a mission and neighboring characteristics; -de power, if necessary, assess the impact of one or more modifications to the financial model of the SGPSO, in order to obtain the most optimized financing conditions possible.
