• Description:
• The Libournais Urban Community, the organizing authority for mobility across its entire perimeter, designates the transport operator of the public transport networks. As such, this opinion concerns the competition for the management of following services: the Calibus service (4 urban lines, 6 non-urban lines, the two urban shuttles in Libourne and Coutras, the beach shuttle operating during the summer period, an on-demand transport service in municipalities not benefiting a regular line, a transport service for people with reduced mobility (TPMR), the Calivélo service offering self-service (282 bicycles) or long-term rental (220 electrically assisted bicycles (VAE); 30 electrically assisted folding bicycles ; 16 electrically assisted cargo bikes) and a car-sharing service. At this stage, it is envisaged to entrust the following services: the overall operation of the above-mentioned services, the upkeep, maintenance and replacement of goods necessary for the service (including counting cells and video surveillance), the recruitment and management of the personnel necessary for the operation of the network, the commercial and administrative management of the network, the reception of the public and animation of the house of mobility, network security control, display operations on street furniture, setting up a website and an application dedicated to the service.
