Description:
This framework agreement for purchase orders is concluded with a maximum amount in application of articles L2125-1 and R2162-4 of the Public Order Code. The contract is divided into 2 lots, each lot being the subject of a separate contract entrusted to a single company or a group of companies. Lot n1: Printing of the Terville newspaper/back in images. Lot n2: Printing of communication supports. The commitment is concluded from January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026. (Initial period). The contract is tacitly renewable twice for new successive periods of one year, without the total duration being able to exceed December 31, 2028. The total amount of orders for each period of the market for lot no. 1 "Printing of the Terville newspaper/ return to images" is set at a maximum of 30,000.00 euros excluding tax per year. The total amount of orders for each market period of lot n2 "Printing of communication media" is set at a maximum of 15,000.00 euros excluding tax per year. The criteria for judging the offers for lot no. 1 "Printing of the Terville newspaper/return to images" are: Price 50% and Technical Value 50%. The criteria for judging offers for the lot n2 "Printing of communication media" are: Price 50% and Technical Value 50%
