Description:
The framework agreement will be executed through the conclusion of subsequent contracts.
Each lot will be awarded separately.
Services are regulated by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.
The services concern printing, supply of paper (or other media), shaping, packaging, delivery, storage or distribution of different types of products (stitched brochures, glued square spines, wire'O, leaflets, invitations, cards, small and large format posters, leaflets and sheets, press kits, etc.).
3 lots:
- lot 1 - Printing of supports: use of offset machine type 36X52 (formats 32X46 to 36X52 cm) or equivalent + Printing of supports: use of offset machines type 52X72 (formats 45X64 to 54X74 cm) or equivalent + Printing of supports: use offset machines type 72X102 (formats 64X90 to 74X104 cm) or equivalent
- lot 2 - Printing of supports: use of machines for posters format greater than 120X160 cm
- lot 3 - Digital reprographic printing, scanning
Duration: 2 years, renewable once (2 years), i.e. 4 years
Framework agreement multi-awardees: 4 awardees (maxi) for each lot
