Description:
The purpose of this market is the relaunch of the market entitled: "Printing of written supports of municipal information - revival". In accordance with article R.2185-1 of the public procurement code, the tender procedure initially opened on November 5, 2024 was declared without follow-upBy the contracting authority for a reason of general interest, namely the redefinition of the needs expressed during the consultation. The passing procedure used is the open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of thePublic procurement code. This consultation is allotted in two (2) lots. These two lots are mono-attribute framework agreements with order pleas, in accordance with articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. They are concluded withoutMinimum annual order amount and with following maximum annual amounts: lot 1 - Printing of the monthly magazine for municipal information, thematic "special" magazines and municipal guides - Amount 165,000 euros H.T. Lot 2 - Printing of other written supports of communicationinstitutional and information relating to the shares of municipal services - Amount 130,000 euros H.T.
