• Description:
• This consultation concerns the printing of municipal and metropolitan magazines. This consultation is therefore launched for the benefit of a group of orders (hereinafter the buyer) composed around Nantes Métropole and the City of Nantes. The City of Nantes is designated coordinator of this group and is therefore responsible for launching the market, its award, its monitoring and legally binds all members of the group through its decisions. Each member of the group will then execute this contract with the successful holder in accordance with its own needs (operational and financial execution of the contract). In application of the provisions of articles R2161-2 to R2161-6 then R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Order Code public, the contract will take the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, devoid of any minimum amount, but accompanied by a maximum amount set, for the entire duration of the contract, at €1,980,000 excluding tax. This amount is distributed between the City of Nantes for €990,000 excluding tax and Nantes Métropole for €990,000 excluding tax
