Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and the issuance of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications.
Services are regulated by unit prices.
The Department's reference magazine has 48 pages in a format of L186 x H233 mm and printed four-color double-sided on Leipa Ultra Mag Plus -Gloss paper of 65 grams/m2, in-line stitched binding. Due to the constraints linked to the distribution of the magazine, its total weight cannot exceed 70 g / issue.
As of September 15, 2025, the magazine has more than 763,000 copies printed: of which more 761,000 copies are distributed to all boxes in Loire-Atlantique, the rest is distributed.
There are plans for 5 magazines per year, but this number is only indicative.
The terms of execution of the order are as follows:
- pre-press, paper proofing of the 48 pages sent to the Hotel Du Departement, for each issue, in order to check the color, then delivery against acknowledgment of receipt of a proof signed by the Department and an execution document with photoengraving in computer format (PDF files) provided by the contract holder;
- delivery of the whole copies at the various points defined under delivery conditions such that they are protected from any possible damage and facilitate handling.
To meet European regulations, the magazine must be printed on recycled paper.
