This consultation concerns the layout and printing of communication documents and the purchase of communication objects (including screen printing) for the municipality of Saint-Joseph for the year 2025. The form chosen is that of the framework agreement executed by means of order pleas From articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. In this case, this is a mono-attribute framework agreement. The services are broken down into ten (10) lots designated below, each giving the place to a separate market.
