Description:
This consultation concerns printing and distribution for municipal, community bulletins or bulletins common to the two communities. This framework agreement has increased in the form of a group of orders made up of the next two members: the agglomeration communityde Vesoul (CAV) and the town of Vesoul. In this context, the Vesoul Agglomeration Community (CAV) is appointed coordinator of the order group made up of the legislative and regulatory provisions in force. As such, the Vesoul Agglomeration Community (CAV)is notably responsible for signing and notification of framework agreement on behalf of the members of the group. Each member remains responsible for the administrative and financial execution of the services. This suitable procedure market (MAPA) is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R.2123-1 1 of the public procurement code. The services will be the subject of a framework agreement with order form without minimum and with a maximum past in application of articles L.2125-1 1 , R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public order code relating to the framework agreements.
