The services of the framework agreement are carried out by issuing successive purchase orders as required.
Each purchase order specifies the services described in the framework agreement whose execution is requested and determines the quantity.
The framework agreement will be concluded with a single operator economical
The services will be the subject of a split framework agreement with purchase orders with a maximum value per batch and per year and a minimum quantity per purchase order:

Maximum amount lot 02 Distribution: 200,000 euro(s) excluding tax / year
It will be tacitly renewed twice
