Description:
The purpose of this market is the printing and distribution of a brochure to the territory of Troyes Champagne Metropole, entitled "Our territory". The purpose of this public market has 2 types of services to be performed: - Printing, shaping and delivery of the brochureTCM "Our territory"; - The distribution "all mailboxes" of this brochure to the citizens of the 81 municipalities of Troyes Champagne Metropole. In accordance with article L2113-10 of the public procurement code, this consultation is allotated as follows: lot n 1: printing, shapingand delivery of the Troyes Champagne Metropole "our territory" brochure (M2023-035); Lot n 2: distribution of the "our territory" brochure in the 81 municipalities of Troyes Champagne Metropole. This consultation only concerns lot n 2. Lot 1 has already been the subject of a previousconsultation and was allocated. In accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1.1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code, each batch will give rise, to the conclusion of a mono-attribute framework agreement.
