Title: PRINT MANAGEMENT AND PRINTING SERVICES ON BEHALF OF EFS
Subject: The purpose of this consultation is to provide print management services on behalf of EFS. The services expected under the contract relate to the supply of a control solution andt management of printing projects from design to implementation and grouping together several functions, in particular: - the provision of a dedicated online tool enabling the end-to-end ordering process to be carried out, from the request for estimate up to delivery follow-up viathe fulfillment of orders and the validation of proofs to be printed (BAT) online; - support for the EFS by proposing technical and budgetary optimizations with regard to the printing need expressed (format, paper, weight, etc.); - the manufacture of printed matter (printing, supply of ppaper, finishes, packaging); - storage and delivery of printed matter to the EFS.
