• Description:
• The purpose of this consultation is to carry out preventive and curative maintenance services for public fire poles and hydrants, and, as an accessory, various drawing points, including pressure flow measurements (weighing) of the equipment installed in the territory of the municipality of Troyes, in order to guarantee its proper functioning and compliance with the regulations in force. The holder undertakes to: - Preventive maintenance: includes verification and maintenance across the entire DECI fleet ensuring that equipment is maintained in good working order. The aim of maintenance visits and interventions is to reduce the risk of breakdown and sustainably preserve their performance. All the operations defined in the CCTP must be systematically carried out during these visits. It is organized according to a three-year cycle, distributed by zones, according to a rotation system. Thus, each year, approximately 171 poles and fire hydrants are maintained, this figure may however change depending on the creation, modification or deletion of equipment. - Curative maintenance: consists of intervening on equipment that is faulty or requires urgent repairs in order to restore their functioning. It mainly concerns fire poles and hydrants. Drawing terminals, not being fire safety equipment, are not subject to preventive maintenance services. However, the holder must ensure the necessary repairs and interventions, at the request of the Community. - Creation of new equipment: the holder may be required to create new equipment according to the needs of the Community.
