- The purpose of this contract is preventive maintenance, curative maintenance, repairs requiring the supply of spare parts for retractable bollards, retractable hoops and barriers currently part of GPSO's assets throughout its territory. This is'a single-award framework agreement for services executed using purchase orders on the basis of unit prices. The market has no minimum amount but with a maximum annual amount of 200,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). Purchase orders are placed with reference to the unit prices indicated in the price schedules.units (B.P.U.) and items appearing in the general catalogs of the holder or suppliers with prices or with an attached price list. The contract will take effect from February 24, 2024 or its notification date, whichever is later, for a period of one (1) year, renewableable three (3) times by tacit renewal, i.e. a maximum duration of four (4) years
