Description:
preventive maintenance services to guarantee proper functioning of the equipment provided for in the framework of breaking down the overall and fixed price, give rise to an ordinary market. The sites concerned are certain buildings in the Somme Department. Maintenance servicescorrective and curative action (troubleshooting and on-call), the unit prices of which are indicated in the unit price schedule, will be carried out by means of purchase orders as and when required by the Department, in application of articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Advertising Order Codeliquefied, with no minimum and a maximum of 240,000 euros (incl. VAT) for 4 years. The market is not subject to allotment: execution of financially more costly services. There is no plan for breaking it down into tranches or breaking it down into phases.
The duration of the contract is set at 4 yearss from its notification.
