As part of the creation of an urban heat network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube, Dalkia will entrust an approved operator the preventive excavation mission on part of the provisional route of the network.
The market is a so -called composite market in that it understands - a Part of the services remunerated by applying a global and lump sum price set in the DPGF for the excavation mission
preventive - a part executed according to the technique of purchasing the framework agreement for which the services will be remunerated by application to
really executed quantities unit prices for excavations and additional analysis that would be necessary set in the
Unit price slip (BPU).

As part of the creation of a Urban heat network in the municipalities of Bayonne and Saint Pierre d'Irube, Dalkia will entrust an approved operator the preventive excavation mission on part of the forecast route of the network.
The length of the trenches concerned by the archaeological monitoring subject to this call for applications will be between 2 and 3 km.
The project crosses the city center and therefore impacts the ZPPA.
In the current state of the project, as it is presented by Dalkia, archaeological operations in the form of direct excavations, would focus on 3 sectors:
