Description:
Maximum amount excluding tax for services in subsequent contracts: 220,000.00 Euro(s) excluding tax. The framework agreement is "composite". It includes an "ordinary market" part and a "framework agreement with subsequent contracts" part. The archaeological operation is part of a building construction project residential complex of 47 housing units (R+3 with basement) and a medical center on the former Vaudreuil football field. The project covers an area of approximately 3,800 m2, the wooded park is excluded from the project. The land area is 7,342 m2. This contract follows a diagnosis archaeological study carried out in October 2024. The plot investigated is located in the heart of the commune, in the Vaudreuil loop upstream of the confluence of the Eure and the Seine. The land is located at the bottom of the valley, on the left bank of the Eure, approximately 350 m from the bed current.
