- It is a composite framework agreement corresponding in part to a framework agreement and in part to an ordinary market:-framework agreement for corrective maintenance services. This framework agreement with maximum has enforced articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It sets all the conditions for performing the services and will give rise to the emission of purchase orders. - Ordinary market for preventive maintenance services performed according to a periodicity fixed in the CCTP and remunerated by a price global and lump sum. The contract is likely to be renewed under the conditions of the specifications. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years.
