- This consultation concerns: Preventive and curative maintenance of the playgrounds of the municipality of Melun 2025-2029. The market includes preventive, curative and complete maintenance services of the playgrounds present in the territory of the municipality of Melun. Preventive maintenanceprovides: the execution of preventive maintenance work and the implementation of standards on games during the period of the framework agreement. The maintenance of the play areas of any kind. Maintenance, maintenance of all information elements concerning the areascollective games, ex: panels, etc. An indicative list of equipment for collective play areas, playful structures, floors, is provided in the appendix to the DCE.during the period of the framework agreement. High pressure cleaning to dislodge impurities and revive the original colors of synthetic games and floors. The deep cleaning service will be performed with a high pressure cleaner set to 120bar on the entiresurface of the playground and equipment.
