Description:
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the UPSs of the GHUC Establishments and the 2 Data Center rooms of the Reims University Hospital. The beneficiary establishments are: the Reims University Hospital, the CH Leon Bourgeois in Chalons-en-Champagne, the CH Auban-Moet in Epernay, the Groupe Hospitalier Sud Ardennes (GHSA) of Rethel-Vouziers, the CH of Fismes, the CH of Montmirail, the CH of Argonne of Sainte-Menehould, the Public Mental Health Establishment of Marne (EPSMM), the EHPAD of Avize and the EHPAD of Vienne-le-Chateau. The market is divided into 2 lots. This contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders under the conditions provided for in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework purchase order agreement is concluded without minimum but with a maximum per period, set at: €235,000 excluding tax for lot no. 1 and €250,000 excluding tax for lot no. 2. The contract is awarded for a period of 12 months from May 1, 2026, or the date of receipt of the notification if the latter is later. This initial period is tacitly renewable for 3 periods of 12 months.
