Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders.
Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are settled by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the costs. renewal periods.
The purpose of this contract is tomaintenance of medical fluid installations (i.e. medical air production plants, medical suction plants, emergency frames) on the sites of GHT Haute Savoie Pays de Gex establishments (CHANGE, CHGD, CHPG). The contract holder is informed that the Center Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), support establishment of the GHT Haute-Savoie Pays de Gex, awards the contract within the framework of its legal competence (art L 6132-2-5a) of the Public Health Code for the benefit of the all members of the GHT, namely CHANGE, the Gex Hospital Center and the Hospital CenterI of Rumilly. As such, the supporting establishment conducts the award procedure and signs the contract on its behalf and that of the party establishments. The establishments are, for their part, responsible for the execution of the contract with the exception of the signing of any amendments
