Description:
This consultation concerns preventive and corrective maintenance of thermal installations, domestic hot water, air treatment as well as the disconnectors of the main communal buildings of the city of Noisiel. The definition of services, as well as the terms of executionare described in this specific administrative clause notebook (CCAP) and in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). The list of installations, indicating the nominal power by each building, is indicated as part of Annex 1. The market is composed of twoParties: - Service A: P2 Party relating to preventive maintenance P2, treated at a flat price appearing in the act of engagement. The DPGF specifies the decomposition of the lump sum price. This is the P2 service relating to driving and management, maintenance and troubleshooting, ofAll the equipment supported. The price of consumables necessary for the operation of supported installations is less than or equal to 100 euros excluding tax (supplier price). - Service B: P5 Part of corrective maintenance, treated at unit prices appearing in theUnit (BPU) price slip and/or given on quote. This is the P5 service relating in particular to unforeseen or urgent repair work.
