It will give rise to issuing purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be allocated to a single economic operator. The services are divided into 7 lots. A group of orders has been concluded between the City of Pontarlier and the Community of Communes of Grand Pontarlier Gas and fuel boilers, heat pumps, air heaters and domestic hot water production The framework agreement is concluded from 01/01/2026 until 12/31/2026. The framework agreement is tacitly renewed until its end. The number of periods of renewal is set at 3. The duration of each renewal period is 1 year.
