• Preventive and corrective maintenance of generators and motor pumps. The purpose of the contract is to define the services to be provided as part of the preventive and corrective maintenance of the Generator Sets and Motor Pumps for the Group. University Hospital of Champagne (GHUC) whose beneficiary establishments are the University Hospital of Reims, the CH Léon Bourgeois of Châlons-en-Champagne, the CH Auban-Moët of Epernay, the Groupe Hospitalier Sud Ardennes (GHSA) of Rethel-Vouziers, the CH of Fismes, the Montmirail CH, the Marne Public Mental Health Establishment (EPSMM), the Vienne-le-Château EHPAD, the Sud Ardennais EHPAD and the Verzenay EHPAD. The market is divided into 2 lots. This contract takes the form of a voucher framework agreement order within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by issuing successive purchase orders under the conditions provided for in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework purchase order agreement is concluded with a single economic operator. The framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum, set at €800,000 excluding tax for the total duration of the contract for lot no. 1 and at €325,000 excluding tax per year for lot no. 2.
