The objective is to guarantee the proper functioning and reliability of systems to ensure the safety of occupants and goods.
The services expected for preventive maintenance include regular inspections, functional tests, maintenance of equipment, systems update ....
The services expected for curative maintenance include emergency interventions, diagnosis of breakdowns, replacement of components, etc.
In order to :
- to avoid the hatching and propagation of the fire,
- to promote evacuation fast of the building occupants concerned,
- to protect construction,
- to allow effective action of the emergency services.
In the event that certain equipment has been omitted, the market holder must report it in writing to the referral manager, so that he can take his provisions and carry out all the necessary steps.
The sites and equipment concerned, at the launch of the consultation, will be listed in appendix 1 and 2 and their frequency will be specified in the CCTP.
