Description:
The purpose of this contract is preventive and corrective maintenance (routine and regulatory maintenance interventions, and work to correct malfunctions) of equipment on the community sites of Troyes Champagne Metropole (TCM).
This contract will also be used for the carrying out emergency repairs or replacements in buildings owned by TCM, made available to a private manager (Exhibition center, ESC, ESD, recycling centers, etc.) or rented by TCM services (micro-creches, local bins, MDJ, etc.).
