- The purpose of this market is the purpose of preventive and corrective maintenance of 101 aircraft (load from 300 to 1,000 kg out of 2 to 9 levels) equipping residential buildings and senior residences belonging to Haute-Alsace habitats as well as the latter's head office. The elevators are establishedIn 35 municipalities in the Haut-Rhin department. Their technical characteristics are specified in the specifications. The objective of the services entrusted is to guarantee an optimal level of service and a good condition of the installations. Verification and maintenance servicespreventive, fixed fixed maintenance and assistance during regulatory controls are set by a global fixed price. Services that are not included in fixed maintenance will be subject to specific order orders according to needs within the limitFrom 400,000 euros HT maximum for the duration of the contract these last services, which are remunerated by application to the truly executed quantities of the unit prices set in the unit price slip, imply the implementation of a framework agreement with a single holder within the meaning ofArticles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code.
