Description:
The purpose of this market is to define the benefits to be provided in the context of preventive and corrective maintenance of the doors, gates, barriers and terminals for the Champagne University Hospital Group (GHUC) whose beneficiary parties are identified in the appendix N 1 of the CCAP and for the Public Interest Grouping South Marne (GIP) identified in this same appendix. The market is divided into 5 lots. The nature, the description and the periodicity of the services are specified in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) and in the slips price (BP) annexed to the act of engagement. The characteristics of the materials, equipment and installations to be maintained as well as their locations are specified in the price slips (BP) annexed to the act of engagement. For each of the lots, this market takes the form of a framework agreement to order formal place within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of article R.2162-2 of the public procurement code, which is executed by the issue of successive orders under the conditions provided for in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework ordering framework is concluded with a single economic operator. The framework agreement with order orders is concluded, without minimum but with a maximum set at 225,000 euros excl.
